About

Therapy is a place to slow down and speak freely, without having to organize your thoughts or justify why you feel the way you do. People come when something feels heavy, confusing, repetitive, or simply harder than it used to be.

The work here is steady and thoughtful. We take time to understand what you’ve been carrying, how certain patterns formed, and what your inner experience has been trying to communicate.

You don’t need a specific diagnosis. You don’t need to know what to say at first. You only need the sense that it might help to talk with someone who will listen carefully and take you seriously.

Sessions

Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes, offered via secure telehealth.

To get started, email with your name, a brief sentence about what brings you in, and a few times you’re typically available. I’ll respond with next steps and scheduling options.

Fees

Fee: $XXX per 50-minute session.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
